Investigative Service

Our private investigators work on a wide range of cases from missing persons to collecting evidence in the assistance of a criminal defense case. BICA investigators are well-trained professionals who are educated on the law and investigative techniques to best serve our clients and ensure justice. Once our investigators are certain they have compiled a solid case, and it leads to the discovery of criminal activity they will hand over the case to law enforcement for prosecution.

Our fugitive recovery agents are well-trained professionals who are evaluated and re-trained each year to ensure they're mentally and physically fit to continue in this role of service. They work alongside various bail bond companies to apprehend fugitives who jump bail in a humane and professional manner. They also coordinate with BICA investigators and law enforcement for intelligence and additional support.
